We also record how you reached us so we can understand our advertising. That can include campaign tags (such as source, medium, campaign, content, and keyword), Google or Facebook click IDs, the first page you landed on, the page you submitted from, the referring website, your IP address, browser/device information, and screen size.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to your request, provide estimates, follow up about your project, protect the site from spam, and measure whether our advertising is working.

When you submit a form, your email address and phone number may be securely processed through Google's enhanced conversions feature using one-way hashing to help match the submission to prior advertising interactions. We do not send Google your project message or sell your contact details as a lead list.
Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical information, including your IP address, to help us confirm you are a person before a form is submitted. Cloudflare does not receive the information entered into the quote form through Turnstile.
Google Maps and Google Fonts, which provide maps and typefaces used on this site and may receive standard device, browser, and network information when those services load.
Website hosting, email, and authorized website-administration providers, which help us securely store quote requests, operate the website, and deliver lead notifications.

Quote requests are stored in our website database and sent to our business and authorized website-administration inboxes so we can reply and maintain the website's lead-delivery system.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to understand site traffic and ad performance. Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies as part of spam protection. We also store traffic source details in your browser for 30 days so we can still attribute a quote if you browse other pages before submitting the form.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and related business records only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide services, maintain business and advertising records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Copies may remain in our database, email system, and routine backups during that period. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Cloudflare, and other service providers retain information according to their own settings and policies.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we maintain. No website, email system, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children
