Yes. The majority of our Priest Lake work is performed this way. We coordinate access through gate codes, caretakers, or neighbors, complete the measurement and installation, and provide photo documentation throughout.

Provide a point of contact — property manager, caretaker, or adjacent owner — and we will handle coordination. Gate codes or fobs can be stored securely on file for the duration of the project.

Yes. We accept check or credit card and can invoice by email. There is no need to be on-site to settle the account.

Half-round gutters complement cedar shake and shed needle debris well. For metal roofs we typically specify heavier-gauge K-style or box gutters with oversized downspouts and snow stops above any run beneath a metal pitch.

Yes. Fall service — cleaning, inspection, and a damage check — can be scheduled before close-up so the system enters winter clean and intact.

Every cabin project includes a before-and-after photo set delivered by email, typically the day the project wraps.

Most cabin installations are completed in a single day, sometimes two if significant fascia work or leaf guard is required on a large roofline. Scheduling accounts for weather and lake-road conditions.
